Fischbach mbH, again and again. Damage to buildings occurs everywhere and frequently. For a wide variety of different reasons such as poor design, substandard construction, misuse of building materials in the construction phase, re-purposing of the building, insufficient or neglected care and maintenance, unforeseeable external factors or simply aging materials and structural elements.

So if there is damage to a building, in most cases there is a whole cluster of causes and an action package needs to be prescribed. But first of all, the conditions and circumstances on site must be thoroughly scrutinized and assessed.
